TOM MBOYA’S BROTHER PASCAL ODIRA NDIEGE
SACRAMENTO – Pascal Odira Ndiege, a younger brother to the late Tom Mboya, former Kenyan Minister for Economic Development and Planning, dies at 69.
Pascal Odira passed on in Sacramento, California, on April 2, 2022.
Pascal was only 16 years old when his older brother Tom Mboya was assassinated in 1969. He joined Northwestern College in Iowa in 1974 where he majored in Business Administration.
The late Pascal Odira Ndiege, popularly known as Odi to family and friends, was the husband of Mariam Ndiege of Sacramento.
He was son of the late Mzee Leonardus Ndiege and Marsella Awuor Ndiege of Kamasengre, Rusinga Island.
He was brother of Tom Mboya, Alphonce Okuku, Peter Okong’o, Odoyo Ndiege, Waruru Ndiege, Francis Ndiege, and Uhuru Ndiege among others.
Funeral arrangements are on going in Sacramento to transport his remains to Rusinga Island for final rites.
