It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Mwalimu Philip Damon Juma Nyabua of Jimo Ragen, Central Nyakach Ward, Kisumu County which occurred on 14/6/2022 in Nairobi. He was the husband of Mama Loice Ageng’a Juma of Jimo Ragen and son of the late Mzee James Nyabua Asum and the late Beldina Osano.
Loving father to the late Mwalimu Seth Oluoch, Pamela Kombo, Arthur Onyango (DCI),Amimo Juma (KCB)late Newton Odhiambo, Philemon Ojuok (MCA, Central Nyakach, Kisumu County), late Pst. Bernard Juma, Daniel Juma (Juhudi), ,Mary Juma, late Naphtaly Juma, Nancy Juma (Kisumu County), and Nicholas Sauer (Siaya County/Senate Office).
Brother to the late Erasto Akach, GEO Nyabua, Marshall Oneko, Peter Nyabua, Ongoya Nyabua, late Mary Aoko, and Moses Otieno among others. Father-in-law to Prof. James Kombo (St. Paul’s University), George Oburu (Interior), Grace Onyango, Celestine Mboi (KCB), Dorothy Ojuok, Celine Onyango, Hilda Mwende (Judiciary), and Hilda Sarah.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on Friday 03/06/2022 and proceed to his rural home in Nyakach for an overnight stay. The funeral service and burial shall take place on Saturday 4th June 2022 at his rural home along Katito/Kendu Bay Road within Kabodho West Sub Location, Central Nyakach Ward, Kisumu County.
