We are saddened to announce the death of Engineer Richard Omboto Moindi.

Son to the late Moindi Michira and the late Jerusa kerebi. Son-in-law to the late Samwel Ogato and the late Salome Kerubo.

He was the husband to Lucina Kwamboka; fateher to Isaac Michira, Lydia Kemuma, Felix Gatumba and Naomi Mwango (Australia).  Brother to the late Grace, Moseti, Ondieki, the late Nyachieo, Ombati, the late Nyang’au (Councillor), Elizabeth, Magoma and Matara.

Cousin to the late Nyanchama, Nyakwara, the late Michira, the late Oyugi, the late Makori Omenda, Moseti and Momanyi Ocharo.

Uncle to Dorca Onkangi, Mwanzo, Michiras, Beatrice, Amos, Douglas, Wycliffe Oyugi, Alex, Josphat Michira, Prof. Peter Omboto, Makori’s , among others. Nephew to the late Moraa, the late Onsongo, the late Mogaka, the late Kemuma and the late Omboto Michira. In-law to Mark Ogato, Eunear Ogato among others.

Cortege leaves Race Course Hospital Eldoret on 5^th May 2022 for interment on Friday 6^th May 2022 at Ikobe village, Manga sub-county, Nyamira county.
