It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing to Glory of Mama Sabina Auma Otieno Oganga on Monday, October 27, 2025.
She was the wife of the late Elly Otieno Oganga of
Rusinga, Homa Bay County.
She was the mother of Clara Oganga Oluoch, Robert Oganga, Ezekiel Oganga and Thomas Oganga.
She was mother-in-law of Peter Oluoch, Ada Oganga and Kathy Kageni-Oganga.
Mama Sabina Otieno was daughter of the late Laurenti Oresi, the late Maria Ogallo and Flora Aludo Olal.
Mama Sabina Otieno was daughter-in-law of the late Jackson Oganga and the late Caren Miguwa Oganga of Kaswanga.
She was the grandmother of Quintant, Ted, Eileen, Jonathan, Kizza-Marie, Melissa, Chelsea, Neema, Tamara, Timona, Kristianne, Travis and Timothy.
The body will leave Kirindo Funeral Home on November 13, 2025, for a Mass and overnight stay at her Kamasengre home.
Mama Sabina Otieno will be laid to rest on November 14, 2025, at
her Luanda Village, Kamasengre home, Rusinga Island in Homa Bay County.
Burial arrangements are ongoing. Family and friends are raising
funds for funeral expenses.
